On September 23rd 2019, Dennis Rowen of The Police Memorial Trust was honoured to host Father Dan Talbot and his wife Kylie from Queensland, Australia where he is the chaplain for Queensland Police.
Father Dan attends the memorial annually to lay a floral tribute on behalf of his department.
