Priti Patel, the Home Secretary, Martin Hewitt, Chair of the National Police Chief’s Council and Cressida Dick, Commissoner of the Metropolitan Police have attended a service of remembrance at United Kingdom’s The National Police Memorial to pay their respects to British police officers who have been killed in the line of duty.
Each of the senior figures laid flora tributes to commemorate the sacrifice of all the officers who have paid the ultimate price in service of the public.
